Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the original packing slip is included.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
